Is Mia only a receptionist?+
Mia is a business automation specialist. Receptionist duties are one part of her role. Mianex connects conversations, customer and order information, supported scheduling, communications and operational visibility. The actions available depend on your configured modules and integrations. Custom workflows, CRM and deeper reporting remain on the roadmap.
Do I need to replace my existing software?+
Not necessarily. Start with answering and messages, then connect supported systems where they fit. We check your exact provider and workflow before promising an integration.
Can Mia book, reschedule or cancel appointments?+
Native Mianex scheduling can check availability and create appointments when the business is ready. Automatic rescheduling and cancellation are not generally available. Other providers have their own limitations; see Integrations.
Can I keep my business phone number?+
Phone forwarding may allow you to keep using your current number. We review your carrier and routing during setup. Do not cancel or move your existing service before the new setup is tested.
Which languages can I use?+
This website’s Mia supports English, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Business receptionist languages depend on configuration and plan: Starter includes one, Pro two and Business three.
How does the trial work?+
The current catalogue provides a 7-day trial with a card collected upfront. Review checkout for the applicable charge date and subscription terms. There is no checkout or card collection in this website preview.
What happens if Mia does not know the answer?+
Mia should acknowledge the limit and offer a human follow-up. The website assistant can explain the product, but cannot access your account, change a booking or take payment.
How do I get help with my existing account?+
Use the Mianex Help Desk for account support. The sales assistant cannot inspect customer data or make account changes.
